How involved will my team need to be?

You're a collaborator, not a spectator. We take the execution off your plate, but you know your business better than we ever will, so we need your input early to get the vision right. After that, we keep you in the loop with clear, regular check-ins, you'll always know what we're working on and why we made a specific choice. What we won't do is bury you in homework or chase you for approvals every other day.

How do you handle pricing? Are there hidden fees?

We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Pricing depends on the model: a one-off project is fixed-price, ongoing work is a monthly retainer. Before any work begins, you get a clear breakdown, for a small business website, projects typically run [X–Y]; retainers start around [Z]/month. If the project needs to pivot or expand, we discuss the cost before spending a single extra euro. No surprises, just fair business.

What do you mean by "marketing for a better world"? Do we have to be a charity?

Not at all. A better world gets built by businesses that care about their craft, treat people fairly, and make things worth buying, a local bakery, an honest trades business, a thoughtful creative studio.
